Q. Where do you get your coupons?
A. The common thought about coupons is that you have to get a newspaper every Sunday to get any. Getting the Sunday paper helps but it is not the only way that you can coupon. Yesterday when I went to Publix to do my weekly shop I took 42 coupons. Of those 42 only 3 were ones that I had clipped out of the Sunday paper. I had 3 that came from the Publix ad (which does come in a paper but you can also get it in the store), 2 from a Publix magazine also located in the store, and the rest were printed from various sites on line.
Below is a list of the main coupon sites that I use:
In addition to these sites pretty much every product known to man has a Facebook page these days. Lots of them will have a coupon on thier page that you can print once you Like the page. I have seen some sites even make the coupon value change the more fans they get.
The good thing about printing online coupons is that you can print 2 of each. It isn't this easy with the coupons from the paper unless you buy more than one paper!!
Target coupons can be used at Publix. The beautiful thing about Target coupons is that they are considered a store coupon so it can be stacked with a manufacturer coupon!!!
You can get clipped coupons without getting the paper or ever picking up a pair of scissors. I have done this 2 different ways. The easiest way by far to me was eBay. I was able to get 100 coupons already clipped for .99 with no shipping. The only down side to ordering coupons this way was that until I found a good seller I might get coupons for products that aren't sold in this area. I have noticed that a lot of the people that sell coupons that way on in New York so there are things they have that we don't down here in the South!!!! After two orders I had found my go to seller and if I see the need to stock up on my coupons I will go back to!!! Another option is use a coupon clipping site like http://www.couponclippers.com/. This is a little more expensive but you get to pick and choose the coupons that you want and how many you want. I think from watching Extreme Couponing that several of them used a site like this. I did order some coupons this way once and I have to admit it worked well. I personally think that it is something that I would use if I knew there was an awesome deal coming up where I could stock pile something for free. Stay tuned...I might have to give that a try!!!
So remember coupons are EVERYWHERE and getting them doesn't mean hours of sitting around clipping them from the news paper!!!!
