Publix shop that had me almost dancing in the check out line!!!!

Happy Friday Couponers!!!!
It is a SUPER happy Friday night here at my house...for me at least!!!  So in an early post this week I told you that I was ordering some coupons from CouponDeDe.com in preparation for some major stockpiling items at Publix this week.  I have to admit as skeptical as I was about having lots of coupons or at least one coupon for every item I am planning on buying.  However after tonight I am convinced that it is the secret to massive savings. 


Tonight at Publix I spent $87.77 and I saved $162.43!!!!  Yes you read that right I saved almost twice what I spent.  I was so pumped as I stood there and watched the total fall and the savings climb!!!  I wanted to take a picture of this massive haul to show you but I didn't have room to set it all anywhere that I could get a good picture of it.  Needless to say there are several items that I wanted to stockpile that are complete for at least 6 months. 
This is what I got tonight at Publix:
2-- Lays Potato Chips
4-- Ragu Pasta Sauces
4--Mueller's Pastas (2 of them we FREE!!)
4--Vigo Yellow Rice (all 4 of them were FREE!!!)
1--Taco Bell Taco Kit
3--Boxes of Cheez-its
2--Pepperidge Farm Swirl Breads
3--Philadelphia Cooking Creme
1--California Pizza Kitchen Frozen Pizza
1-- half gallon of Silk Chocolate Milk (this was .50)
6-- containers of Lysol Wipes
3-- packages of 8 Lance Crackers
2-- Shedd's Spread Country Crock
9--Packages of Green Giant frozen veggies
2-- boxes of Betty Crocker Potatoes
3-- Family size Stoffers Lasagna
2--Windex Antibacterial Spray
9--Boxes of Hamburger Helper
4-- Dove Men's Deodorant
10-- 6.4 oz Colgate Toothpastes (I paid .25 a piece for them!!!!)
3-- Purina One Beyond Dog Food
2--packages of Lean ground beef

That is  A LOT of stuff for $87.77!!!  Can you see now why I was wanting to dance in the check out line???

I got home from the store and my kids were like "Mommy how long was the receipt?" when I held it up I promise you it was taller than my 5 year old and he is tall for 5!!!!  I am still amazed even as I sit here typing about this!!!  I will tell you more about how I prepared for this shop a little later!!!
